      围绕学术素养这一核心概念,以剑桥大学教育系博士研究生培养为例,采用叙说探究法(narrative inquiry)和内容分析法(content analysis),剖析探索学术素养的定义、组成和培养路径,以期对中国建设世界一流大学有借鉴意义。研究发现:(1)研究生学术素养通常指涉研究领域的综合实力和质素,是研究者学术竞争力的重要体现。(2)一流大学研究生学术素养的养成关注两大方面——基本品质和核心要素。基本品质包括智识上的好奇心、为之探求的热情以及独立探索研究的能力。核心要素包括思维、知识和技能。基本品质和核心要素密不可分、相辅相成。(3)一流大学研究生学术素养的培养体系涉及多方主体,权责分明,鼓励并强调博士研究生的主体性和独立性,课程安排与所设目标及其实现进程需高度一致,且循序渐进,点面结合。
英文摘要:
      Focusing on the core concept of academic literacy training, taking as an example the training of doctoral students at the Faculty of Education, University of Cambridge, the study employs narrative inquiry and content analysis in order to clarify the concept, components and cultivating path of academic literacy, providing some references to construct the world-class universities in China. The results are as follows: (1)Academic literacy can refer to researchers’ overall strength of doing research, that is, their academic competency. (2)Doctoral students’ academic literacy at such world-class universities as the University of Cambridge consists of two aspects: basic qualities and core elements. Basic qualities include intellectual curiosity, passion, and the spirit for self-initiative and independence to carry out the research project. Core elements consist of thinking, know-ledge and skills. (3)The training system of doctoral students at such world-class universities as the University of Cambridge involves multiple parties, each of which is allocated clear, specific responsibilities. The system lays particular emphasis on the spirit for self-initiative and independence of doctoral students. Curriculum moreover is set highly consistent with the training objectives, and it should be carried out step by step, combing the point and surface.
